Please Note - Rodeo Barn is not responsible for quality of products sold in the Rodeo Barn Multi-Vendor Online Farmers Market, sales, shipping or the return of products purchased through the Online Farmers Market. Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market is just offering small businesses an online venue to sell their own products. Rodeo Barn has no control over the sellers listing their products for sale in the marketplace but we will do our best to make sure the sellers are legit small business sellers. If you, as a customer, have any problems with any of the sellers selling products through our marketplace, please let us know so we can contact the seller to see what is going on and if they are not conducting legit business practices, they stand the chance to be removed from the Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market as a seller.

What are the charges to Sell product on the Rodeo Barn MarketPlace?

First 2 months are FREE! after the second month, then there is a small monthly or yearly fee for your store or ranch listing. No percentage fees on products sold!!

How and when do sellers get paid?

Rodeo Barn Payments transfer the proceeds of your sales to your bank account via PayPal. To be paid, you must have a business PayPal account set up to receive payments from Rodeo Barn. Rodeo Barn Payments settle your account after each sale item has been fulfilled. It can take up to five business days from the settlement date for the money to appear in your bank account.

How do sellers know if they sold a product?

You will receive an email or you can also view all sales and payments on your Seller's Dashboard.

What do I do as the seller once my product sells?

Sign in to your Seller Dashboard and click Recent Orders to view your current sales. We suggest Sellers to check for recent sales daily. Package your product and ship your sold product to your customer as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours unless discussed with the buyer on a later shipping time/date. (Rodeo Barn is not responsible for sellers shipping requirements and/or product returns.)

How does shipping work?

All products sold through the Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Mareket are shipped from the Seller directly to the customer. Rodeo Barn does not see the product, nor are we responsible for the shipping of products purchased through sellers listed on our Online Farmers Market. Please contact the seller for all Shipping inquiries.


Who can sell on the Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market?

To sell on the Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market, you should be able to meet the following criteria:

  •  you should be authorized and registered to sell in Canada.
  •  you can only sell new and genuine products
  •  products must be manufactured by you or you as a seller must be a registered small retail business within Canada

I don't have a website, can I still sell on the Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market?

You don't need a website to sell product on the Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market. All you have to do is sign up for a sellers account and list your products on your business profile page through your sellers dashboard within the marketplace and start selling. You have your own online store within our online marketplace.

How do I list my products on the Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market?

Once you have registered for a sellers account, you can log into your sellers dashboard where you can easily post and manage your product listings.

Can I sell outside of Canada through Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market?

No. At this time, Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market only allows sales and shipments within Canada.

Can I cancel my sellers account?

As long as all your fees have been paid up-to-date to Rodeo Barn, you are free to cancel at anytime.

If I list my products on the Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market, will the customer know that he or she is purchasing from me through the Rodeo Barn Online Farmers Market?

Yes, the customer will see that the product is sold by you on your business page. We indicate on your business page all the products sold by your business.
